A cleaning fee of $65 will be added for every
reservation.

13% Hotel tax must be collected on all reservations
& services under one full month

Check-in at 4 pm. or later. Check out by 11 am.

In some cases, early arrival may be arranged for no
additional fee.

A $50 charge is required to guarantee a late
check-out, if available.

Deposit of $200 (for less than one week) or $250
(weekly or longer) is due at time of reservation.
Deposits will not be applied to rental fees, but
will be refunded within 10 days of departure date,
by the same method as paid.

An additional one night rate (first night's rate) is
required with your deposit to confirm your
reservation.
For monthly rentals, 30% of balance due is required 60 days in advance of
arrival date.

Full payment is required 14 days before your arrival
date. After your payment is received, you
will be provided a current key box entry code.
Everything will be prepared for your arrival. You
will have access to the condo at any time after 4:00
pm. on check-in day, or earlier, only if available
and with prior approval. Easy check-in procedures will be
mailed or e-mailed to you with your paid deposit.

Cancellations: We will gladly refund your deposit
and any downpayment we have received, less a $50 handling fee, only if we
can re-rent the unit for the dates of your
reservation at an equivalent rate. A pro-rata refund will be issued to you
for a partial booking. Reservation deposits
are not transferable to a different date in the
event of a cancellation. Weather and river
conditions will not affect your secured reservation.

Deposits will be refunded IN FULL unless they must
be applied to missing keys, damages, theft, indoor smoking odors,
pets in the unit, excessive mess, more than 6
overnight guests, or unauthorized late
departure.

Registrants must be at least 25 yrs. of age, no
sub-leasing. The 6 person limit is a Condominium
regulation. We must be notified of any additional
overnight guests.

Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

Not responsible for damage or loss of your personal
property.
