The Guadalupe River is accessible from the resort lawn. If floating with your own tubes, you'll want this to be your take-out spot. This view shows the river flowing at about 1500 CFS, which is a bit fast for tubing. Normally, the flow will allow you to wade, put some of our plastic lawn chairs in the shallow water to cool off and/or sunbathe, fish or just relax. There is still a strong current, so always use caution when enjoying the river. |
