Driving
Directions:
Approaching New Braunfels from the North, take Exit 189
from IH35. Turn Right onto Loop 337. Proceed
approximately one mile and turn Left onto Common St. at
the stoplight. Go over the Guadalupe River, and turn
Left onto Peace St. Turn Right on Mather St. and proceed
about one block. Turn Left into the Waterwheel Resort
Condominium parking lot which directly across from the
Labor St. street sign. Bella Vista is on the ground
floor in Bldg. A. It's on the far left side of the
complex: A-101
From the South: Exit 187 from IH35. Turn Left onto
Seguin St. (go under the Highway). Proceed approximately
1/2 mile and turn Right at the Garden St. stoplight.
Garden becomes Lincoln St. and you will pass over the
Comal River. Proceed to the stoplight and turn Left onto
Union St. (Schlitterbahn is on the left.) Drive 2 blocks
and turn Right onto Mather St. Proceed .4 miles and turn
Right into the Waterwheel Resort Condominiums Parking
lot. Bella Vista is on the far left side of the complex.
