Other area attractions include Historic Gruene, Texas (only a few miles away) or for avid shoppers, Tanger Outlet Mall or the Forum Shopping Center, either within 20 minutes drive.

Conveniently located at ground level, you can take in the expansive views from the most private end-unit balcony in the entire complex. Perfect for a winter retreat or extreme fun in the Summer. In the Summer or warm Spring & Fall months, you may want to start your float upriver and drift on down to the best gem on the Guadalupe!

The home is fully stocked with your basic kitchen needs, all appliances including a dishwasher & microwave, 3 large TVs with DVD players & expanded cable stations, Stereo w/MP3 capability, fresh linens, plenty of soft towels & phone service. There is also a small GE washer and dryer, iron & board, hair dryer & much more! Bella Vista comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 Queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the beach style pool (heated in the winter) and two hot tubs! Very fun pool, with bubbling fountains and shallow area for the little ones. The pool and hot tub area are in a private setting and there are 8 picnic tables and grills amidst the expansive lawn. Plenty of room for running and playing. There are towering pecan trees (help yourself to the pecans) and massive cypress trees that line the rivers edge…Just beautiful!
